Account and data deletion
Happy Color Garden (de.mseo.happycolorgarden), developed by Benjamin Mock, works entirely on your device. There are no user accounts, and no app data is collected or stored on developer servers.
Delete app data from your device
- Open your Android device’s Settings.
- Select Apps, then Happy Color Garden.
- Select Storage, then Clear storage or Clear data.
Menu names vary by device. This permanently removes the app’s local data, including any saved artwork, progress, and preferences, and resets the app. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app storage.
If Android or your device backs up app data, manage those backups separately in your backup settings. Clearing storage or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete backup copies.
Request deletion of support correspondence
If you previously contacted support and want your correspondence and associated personal information deleted, email apps@benjaminmock.de. You can make this request without installing the app.
Send the request from the address you used to contact support, where possible, and identify the messages you want deleted. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or identity documents.
Requests are answered without undue delay and normally within one month. If an extension is permitted and needed, you will be informed within that month. Relevant correspondence may be retained where required by law or necessary for legal claims; any applicable exception and retention period will be explained in the response.
